For years I’ve watched the neighborhood mall or chain drive-through serve over-starched gristle blobs and chewy mystery meat alongside dry rice or noodles. That is unacceptable.
When you think of Chinese cuisine, we want you to think of food that pleases the soul – a cuisine that uses the right amount of spice to pep up your day, a cuisine that finds that perfect balance between savory and sweet, a cuisine that hits every single part of your taste buds. That’s why I can personally guarantee that if you come by Shu Shu’s, we won’t add MSG to your food. You’ll get spring rolls and eggrolls that are rolled fresh daily. We will always provide juicy chicken breasts and tender flank steak. We will hand prep the freshest vegetables daily and craft bold, flavorful sauces made from family recipes.
